Basic Nonsense Socks with Tess from Fluff and Nonsense

Students will be given a copy of Basic Nonsense Socks courtesy of Tess as part of the cost of the class. Tess will demonstrate cast ons, heel flaps/turning and gussets, and methods of closing toes. Tess will also discuss pros and cons of different fibres used for sock yarns.

Students need to bring sock yarn that has been pre-wound into cakes, or to purchase at Grumpy Ginger. Students will have time to work on socks they have previously attempted, or can work on the Basic Nonsense Socks. Students will leave with a copy of Basic Nonsense Socks and notes taken during the class.

Students will need to know how to knit in the round, but this can be done with Magic Loop, Double Pointed Needles, or with Addi Trios.

By booking this workshop you are guaranteed a spot.

If you need to cancel your spot on or before 4th April, you will receive a refund minus merchant fees of $20.

If you need to cancel your spot on or before 11th April, you will be offered a 50% refund.  If the event is full and we are able to fill your spot,  you will receive the refund minus merchant fee of $20.

If you need to cancel your spot on or before 18th April, you will be offered a 25% refund.  If the event is full and we are able to fill your spot,  you will receive the refund minus merchant fee of $20.

If you need to cancel your spot on or after the 25th April, you will forfeit your payment for the event.  If the event is full and we are able to fill your spot,  you will receive the refund minus merchant fee of $20.

If you have selected payment on pick up at checkout, you will need to finalise payment within 7 days of purchase or by 4th April (whichever is earliest) to ensure your spot is secured. Otherwise your spot will become available to the general market.
